RCB liquid asphalt transfer pump is one kind of gear pump with heat jacket, it's applies to deliver the medium without causticity and without solid particle.The temperature of asphalt could reach to 300°C(cast Steel material pump) so pump also been called high temperature gear pump. RCB liquid asphalt transfer pump applies to deliver the heavy oil, bitumen, glue, resin and scour etc high viscosity liquid.The Insulation jacket and flange with inlet and outlet were set on the body of pump. It could be used in heating, cooling and keeping heat for liquid and pump when delivering the hot oil, steam and hot water. When the viscosity of the conveying medium is greater than 1500 CST, the asphalt pump should adopt the transmission mode of the reducer. In general, the pump and the motor are directly connected. The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms: (1) mechanical seal (2) packing seal.
